- ElisaOctober 7, 2018Better and larger than plaza premium lounge. Similar food and drink selection, nice business center area, tons of space, showers are nice. Just take elevator to 4th flr after finishing security.Upvoted 2 weeks ago
- Free wifi. Free booze. Decent breakfast items: hardboiled eggs, yogurt (Greek and regular), bagels, cereal, assortment of juices etc. Decent dinner/snack items: salads of all sorts, soups etc.Upvoted 1 week ago
- Casey RovinelliJuly 8, 2013Take a shower at the lounge - So you can say you showered at an airport. It's weird and kind of amazing. Side note: of you have ever showered at a bus station or truck stop, don't tell anybody.
- Use a bowl for the morning hard boiled eggs. Or you end up like the guy in front of me with an egg rolling onto the floor.
- Coley DizeDecember 6, 2013This is a great lounge, quality & variety of amenities is wide and right on target prior to a flight
- Zach RJune 3, 2016Great lounge with lots of space to stretch out. Gets cluttered with dirty dishes during peak times. Limited food/drink selection compared to the domestic lounge.
- This lounge is getting worst. Only soup & bread available (with no spoons!) A tray of cookies came out and it was like gold. Ppl actually started lining up for them. Good selection of drinks
- Jon WOctober 25, 2013The Molson draft is under extreme pressure! Be careful. Even my latent frat boy skills couldn't stop the head from overflowing and ending up with little more than a half a glass.
- Pretty crowded in the mornings but scones and coffee are great by lounge food standards
- Sheila KOctober 24, 2011Loving the magazine selection. And the panoramic windows to see incredible sunrises. Makes 8 am flights bearable. Now only if LGA would step up it's game.
- Percy LipinskiJanuary 22, 2012The broccoli soup was watery and way to hot. Grab the creamer nearby and pour in s few tablespoons! Also they don't serve diet 7 on board so grab a can here.
- When heading to the lounge, if you are the last on the elevator you will be the first to check in. #efficient
- Harry WSeptember 3, 2012For United members, remember to bring your status card. If not, go to a united agent at the gate and tell them to call the lounge for verification of your status. Otherwise you will be denied access.
- Lorraine SSeptember 23, 2011Love the Maple Leaf loungeeee! Free booze, Veggie chips are yum and the Pickles are weird. :p
- The new breakfast is good - in addition to the usual carbs and sugar, there's hard boiled eggs and plain yogurt.
- Breakfast. Put the fruit in the plain yoghurt. Great fresh start to the morning
- Hani EFebruary 13, 2015The shower is great. Food choices a bit on the poor side for an executive lounge. Decent drink selection.
- Near gate F99. A second but smaller trans border lounge at YYZ.
- Benjamin KintnerNovember 1, 2018Large, but one of the poorer lounges in the AC network. Carpets are filthy, food choices limited and not well replenished. Also, good luck finding it. Signage is non-existent.
- Ian PalangioJuly 30, 2010Yes - Wifi is free in the lounge. Connect to DataValet network, then open browser and accept the conditions. NIce to have a drink - but there is no soup mid afternoon - not until 4:30.
- There is a special room just for your screaming kids. It is not the one labelled "quiet room.
- If they run out of flavored yogurt, try mixing some jam with the plain yogurt.
- Karla DonjuanApril 24, 2018Don’t expect any drink before 11 am :( if your flight is long enough, for sure your breakfast on board will be better, don’t waste your hunger
- Christine ZakrajsekJune 13, 2010Currently surfing on free wifi at the Maple Leaf lounge. Don't know what the complaints are about. Breakfast is weak, though.
- Todd BarnhartNovember 10, 2010Makes flight delays bearable. Contrary to earlier tip, star alliance gold must still pay for wi fi, even tho the partners offer it free.... But there's better free booze here! A 2010 makeover is due!
- If you are UA *G don't forget your MP card. Boarding pass indication isn't enough. If you need to print papers to review or edit you can just connect at a desk to the rf45. Decent colour output.
- Love the free booze but only soup and biscuits as food?? Really??!
- They have Walters Caesars mix & Chipotle Tabasco to make a mean beverage ;)
- Todd WeisrockDecember 6, 2013Surliest reception agents in any airline lounge I've been in, worldwide.
- Jacinte FariaApril 13, 2011everything is gross and will make you fart on your flight. akin to a shitty mandarin restaurant. enjoy!
- Adam MillerJune 8, 2012The weird looking lounge chairs on the platform are surprisingly comfortable.
- Soup is good, free booze, free wifi (need your boarding pass or aeroplan number)
- anand Ⓜ️February 27, 2010Maple Leaf Lounge at the international gates is way nicer than the one at the US gates. Though the US one is way more spacey, ie, futuristic, not spacious.
- Kevin HardyJune 11, 2010Nice and relaxing ... Hard to get a seat near an outlet to recharge. Great soup
- Data Valet is Free if your SE or E Member. Its much faster than YYZ
- Worth arriving a little early to enjoy a bowl of hot oatmeal.
- Kent SarffApril 19, 2012Snack service has gone downhill just recently. Fewer options and wasteful paper plates/bowls. Class--
- Be mindful that some us departure gates are a two hour drive from here...give yourself time for the hike thru the terminal....
