Ask if it's possible to get a firmer bed when you make your booking. Although they initially seem comfortable, the beds are way too soft to sleep on as you sink into them and overheat.
Loved it here - become a Priority Guest and you'll have a free drink voucher for the first night and 1pm check out time! Also, free wifi for guests! The beds are awesome and the rooms are clean too.
This hotel has the best beds of any hotels I've ever stayed at, although the bathrooms are abit small, every room either side has a spectacular view in my opinion.
Make sure you get the king room with a view east and overlooking St Pats cathedral and the Parliament the cathedral is spectacular when lit up @ night!
Comfiest bed I've ever slept in at a hotel, great buffet breakfast and the staff are fantastic. Avoid using the lift with the service entrance on it, has a tendency to get stuck every now and then.
Best check-in experience (free drink!) but room 1419 was horrible. Smelt funny, no power points near the bed to charge phones, dated furniture, windows need a wash. Looked nothing like the photos.
not worth it. coffee warm at best. bacon, cooked well, but not even warm. likewise with the sausages. Will be stopping somewhere else on the way to work.
Worst hotel ever! Pube in bathtub, loudest ever air conditioning & non-existent customer service. Changed rooms 3 times and not a single apology. DO NOT STAY HERE - it's not worth what they charge.
Adjacent to Melbourne University in the central neighbourhood of Carlton, this contemporary hotel is 1 block from a tram stop & a short walk to Melbourne Museum
