- Seda KokaMarch 9, 20168th floor has a nice view of the Opera House. The location is perfect especially if you are visiting Sydney for pleasure. Rooms are average and the swimming pool is quite small.
- Colin MoorsFebruary 14, 2014I have no idea what everyone is bitching about. The location is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. It's not the W but neither are the prices. Get over it.
- Lynne RAugust 4, 20148th floor rooms not huge but more than big enough for my toddler and I. The views are great and the location is exceptional. Housekeeping was lacklustre but all else very good. Would stay here again.
- Enver KannurJune 15, 2018Great Location .. great service... great rooms, ask for Harbour view and stay here ! Thanks
- Christine T.May 6, 2014Location is great. Very accessible.. Staff is helpful too! Of course since they have to preserve it's heritage the management cannot really touch anything. Old but quaint place..
- Security AnalystMarch 27, 2014Ask at reception for free voucher for Fitness First 10 mins away on Bond St. Lockable lockers and ironing board provided. Take towel otherwise $3
- Location was excellent. Rooftop view was amazing. That being said you are paying for that view and location. The rooms were clean but mediocre at best. 2 stars for room, 5 for view/location.
- Citibank AustraliaOctober 6, 2011As part of the Oct CSIFF 2011, enjoy late-night dessert plates, served with a suitably sticky glass from the Brown Brothers range for only $20 (9pm till late).
- Also they have no clue what American bacon is. It is not crumbles...lol. Pancakes and french toast weren't that great either.
- Go up to the pool deck on 8th floor and admire the view.
- MafestoJuly 13, 2013Not great, seriously dated, tiny rooms with tiny windows - purely stay based on location don't expect a great hotel but staff are friendly and kind. Would I stay again? No.
- Сергей БагдаевJanuary 11, 2013One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Very dated, small windows - like in prison. Never again.
