- Book your tickets online in advance to guarantee a place. Although we were able to go around the experience half an hour before. Plenty of zones to explore. The new 4D ride and Cadabra was good also.
- Robin AllensonOctober 22, 2013The staff were consistently warm, kind & friendly. We loved the mix of audio-visual education, animatronics and free chocolate. A great way to spend a rainy afternoon for any age!
- Matt ESeptember 1, 2013There are a few ways to get discount on entry. Book online will give 5% discount. Use Supersave to get a code and save 20% off. However, this place is worth every penny superb day out!!!
- Jack SmithJanuary 21As of summer 2022, Cadbury World is run by Merlin Entertainments, who also run Alton Towers, Sealife Centres, Legoland, Warwick Castle & more, so expect this place to become even less value for money
- CherylAugust 2, 2017Dragged on dramatized history in beginning of self-tour plus abandoned machinery. Can't imagine kids find it interesting. Best part was chocolate sample. Save entrance fees & buy £50 of 🍫🍫 instead
- Louise BSeptember 2, 2015Staff around the exhibition and rides were lovely, staff in the cafe not so pleasant unless you like food being thrown at your tray. I would suggest packing a lunch and save a small fortune too!
- Sony Mobile WTAMay 27, 2011Chocoholics from miles around flock to Cadbury World! You will love it, but beware of the afternoon sugar-crash. Book ahead, it's a very popular place and you'll have a 5% discount if you book online.

- Cayo MedeirosFebruary 3, 2020Sometimes it feels like we are paying to be bombarded with Cadbury ads but it was a really nice visit. Their restaurant food was below average though.
- Dave SimpsonAugust 12, 2012Don't come when there is the slightest chance of rain, the health and safety gone mad people completely close the outside play area when there are a few drops of rain! Very sad little girl... :o(
- Pedro StephanoApril 18, 2011Tops family day out. Excellent (free!) outdoor playground. Factory tour great for inclement weather too. 5*
- Stuart RigbyOctober 9, 2010The packaging plant is not open most weekends, so to benefit the most try and visit on a weekday or you'll see lots of empty rooms and machines switched off.
- Stuart RigbyOctober 9, 2010If you have booked tickets online for a particular tour time... Don't worry if you're late. All tours are self guided. You can enter the tour after your ticket time, but not before.

- Ben KayAugust 12, 2018Disappointing. Could be amazingly wonderful and magical. It all felt a bit flat... The staff were functional at best (abrupt and rude at worst). Shame!
