The Circular Tower is the tallest building in Tel Aviv and the second tallest in Israel. The center is connected with TLV HaShalom railway station.

on 49, go to 2c to get a sense of how tel aviv is laid out. (2c faces the med). feel free, i think, to skip that meal here and hit brasserie around the corner instead

The observatory, while having a spectacular view, is not worth the 22 shekels is costs to ride the elevator. Lots of people just walked right by the cashier and just got on the elevator also.

Башни Азриэли. Круглая - самое высокое здание Тель Авива. На 49м этаже смотровая площадка и ресторан, у основания хороший торговый центр.

Das oberste Stockwerk des runden Turms kann vom 3. Stock der Mall auch besucht werden. Das entsprechende Café ist aber koscher und war daher schon Freitag Mittag geschlossen.
