Get your shmear on the side. The bagel sandwich doesn't slide around as much and I'm convinced you get a little more that way.

Very skimpy these days when it comes to lox.. Used to get two full pieces and now it's only a sliver.

Try the Green Chile Bagel, speaking as a native New Mexican it is the best green chile i've found in Lawrence.
