Miami New TimesDecember 22, 2010with downtown Miami/Brickell as its backdrop, Happy Hr at Area 31 is one of the hottest in town. Happy Hour is Monday through Friday from 5-7 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Thurs. Cocktails start at $5
Dinner was really good. Fish fry for apps were really good. Shrimp Ravioli for dinner was great but VERY small portions Amazing View!!!
