- Best breakfast sandwiches on the island. I'm partial to the Sausage Scramble (eggs, chicken apple, cheddar on sliced sourdough) and the Breakino (eggs, bacon on sliced white). Skip the coffee.
- Martha HillSeptember 3, 2015Very sweet, refreshingly homey. Still mastering the esoteric art of barista, but that is easily overlooked in favor of the quaint charm one might run across today only in Alameda.
- Frank KimApril 16, 2016Bought a hot sauce here, the French toast had a strange texture, the omelet was great though, the house coffee was very good too.
- Lil' BenitaNovember 14, 2021Chocolate chai with oat milk is a favorite of mine. Try the Apple cinnamon crumb cake. They have a Free Little Library too!
- No detail too small for this awesome cafe. Enjoy the fleece blankets on the patio and be sure to check out the awesome bathroom wallpaper!
- _August 18, 2015Come for breakfast and get the breakfino! Dog friendly with outdoor seating available.
- Mauricio MirandaJune 1, 2014There is no other word to describe their Cinnamon French Toast: amazing!
- Laurie DalzellJanuary 17, 2015Our favorite breakfast spot in Alameda. Breakfast burrito is always a good choice 😊
- Yevgeny SenkevichDecember 9, 2017The Eggs Benny is tasteless, they didnt even put hollandaise sauce. The chai tea latte did not have any chai tea or flavor. The chefs in the kitchen dont even check the food they send out....blaaaah!
- Yevgeny SenkevichDecember 9, 2017Food is Blah! Eggs Benny had no hollandaise sauce and the chai tea latte had no chai. Chefs dont check the food they send out.. yuk!!
- Sasa LeungApril 17, 2016This place is pretty slow, there is a 80% chance the pastries are day old. There is a mean older Mexican lady that gave me the death stare when I went in there close to closing for coffee.
- MatMay 23, 2010The morning buns are tremendous. Get there early as once they are gone that's it. Good food. Small but super cute!!
- Eggs in a basket like dad used to make, great sausage, fair price.
- The daily specials make it worth it to come here everyday.
