I love the broth bowls! However, it seems like the serving is smaller (even though the price is the same) since they switched the bowls. There's definitely less broth, but that's ok. Still yummy.

99% friendly employees...except for one rude girl who sneezes into her hands and continues to work without washing them. Amazing French onion soup and fabulous iced green tea!

If your planning on getting broccili cheese soup, go at noon. They literally ALWAYS run out. Super annoying! And pagers? Id rather they go back to callin names and bein more personable.. disapointed

This place gives Panera a bad name. I'm always waiting in line for over ten minutes because they are so slow and never have enough registers open. All I want is my coffee!

I was told today that they no longer give you a bagel box if you buy a dozen. Instead they put your bagels in a cheap, unsturdy bakers box.
