Pickup a coffee here and start the walk viewing Manhatten across the Hudson river waterfront to reach Hoboken in 10 minutes. Awesome walk-way...

Reserve a spot outside on one of the benches. You will probably not get a place to sit inside. The seating area also stinks a bit.
