Very clean hotel! Rooms are small but normal in NYC standards. Complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea, and sparkling water and unlimited as well!

Great hotel! They hold your packages with no extra charges. But if they think that are to many of it, they will let you know. Just ignore it. For the most part they are a very kind staff.

Incredible views from the rooftop restaurant. Plus, I liked the cold, purified water bottle dispensers in every hallway.

Go to the top floor and check out the rooftop view. Totally makes it worth staying here! Great location with an unbelievable view.

The staff are very nice. The hotel was good in general, but small rooms. You can do laundry by your self for free.

The views are great. However check in was at 3, we came in at 6 andthe rooms were. Still not ready! I'm still waiting for an extra pillow and towel.. going on hour 2 and 2 calls and a walk down. :(

Ask for extra towels when you check in.They only provide one even if 2 people are checking in!

The view from the rooftop restaurant is wonderful but rooms are noisy and the service level varies daily.

Restaurant food is good - service is slow - even at VERY slow time. Half my meal pieces were missing and neither kitchen nor waiter caught it.
