Great food with decent prices. Some items, such as the soufflés are not available when the restaurant first opens...you may need to wait a few hours :-(

Check at the counter when you order online. The can still not let you know it's ready....and they don't always call out your name either. Now my soup is cold. 😞

The honeydew melon in the fruit cup is crunchy- not ripe. The OJ is fresh, and the baked egg soufflés are good and served past 10:30....

You used to be able to get a "You Pick 2" with two half sandwiches or 2 soups or 2 half salads... Not any more. The local management won't let you. Way to please your customers...

This place is really slipping. The management does not care about service anymore. Be prepared to be flexible because they run out of stuff all the time & the interior is in need of repairs.

Apparently it does not matter if you get here before 1030 and are waiting in line. If they don't get your breakfast order before 1030 then your are S.O.L. Poor customer service.

Dirty and disorganized. Bathrooms are disgusting. The manager was disheveled with his shirt untucked and unbuttoned. I love panera, but I won't be back to this location.
