Great location, friendly people and good coffee. My only complaint, and it's a big one, is that they keep it just above FREEZING in there. If you have to come, bring your Eskimo gear.

The friendliest, most consistent Starbucks in town. I go out if my way to get my coffee here.
There are no power outlets by the "comfy" chairs inside, so find yourself a table against the wall if you need to plugin to work.
Watched a guy use a $50 Starbucks gift card to buy two $25 Starbucks gift cards. "Christmas Time is Here."

Other tips about bad service are right! I thought it was just me, but the make me feel terrible for customizing my orders here.

Amanda FairmanFebruary 21, 2014Wow... The mid am shift manager was super rude. I don't care how 'bad' your employees are- degrading them in front of customers is terrible.
Don't bother with custom drinks here. If they can't figure out how to ring it up, they'll just argue with you. Customer service is not a priority here.
