- Jeremiah OwenNovember 29, 2014Ok. I have eaten at some of the best Taco places in SoCal and I will just say the asada tacos here are great The salsa is epicly spicy. Like "lawd Jesus there's fire" hot. Great spot.
- heatJuly 19, 2013Mexican in North Beach? Yes. Their chips & salsa are some of the best in SF. The goal? A fancy approach to Mexican street food. Multiple taco varieties to choose from, all less than $10 for a pair.
- Ninad DMarch 4, 2017Amazing fish tacos but the sangria not so good. They have a couple more veggie options not included in the menu. Ask the server, very helpful and will walk you through the entire menu
- Natalie GuerraFebruary 10, 2016Tacos, pulled pork, literally everything I tried here was incredible. Staff was very accommodating and even gave us free margs for the wait being so long! And they were sooooo good too :)
- JJ VenturiniFebruary 15, 2015Drinks slightly watered down but You can go to Mexico & not get food this good. Ham & poblano scramble. Light, fluffy eggs with a perfect amount of smoked ham. Great guac & fresh chips made here.
- Alberto Morillas BravoJanuary 14, 2014Not the most affordable place in the city ($38 for two small meals and a glass of wine), but worth it. Make sure you check out the ceviche (very hot for me, but I'm european...) and the carnitas.
- Barry MulliganMarch 30, 2015I didn't believe a pork chop could be that good. Amazing. Ceviche sweet sour bitter sweet unusual. To die for. Sangria brilliant. the wait team super good fun atmosphere is electric.
- 7x7 MagazineOctober 25, 2012The Huevos Rancheros were an awesome combo of spicy, crunchy and warm - great way to warm up during foggy SF mornings. Pair it with a glass of sangria for your own little private morning fiesta! Read more
- NickJuly 5, 2015The new benchmark for fish tacos. Enrique at the bar took great care of us. Also - they cook the Maine lobster in pork fat 😱
- Hannah DukeJune 3, 2013The staff are friendly and the food is great. Get the sangria, and share some tacos + corn chips. The only place in the US that will leave you feeling satisfied rather than stuffed.
- I love the Al Pastor Tacos, Pollo Asado and Hamburgesa. They only sever the Hamburgesa on Wednesday nights now. Our Don Pisto's virgin guest said he rather eat the Hamburgesa than have a BJ... LoL!
- Graham SiegelAugust 20, 2017Good chips and salsa (and guac). Loved the shrimp tacos. They don't have a spirits license, so I'd recommend sticking to beer unless you really like agave wine.
- Chloe Lucas-WalshNovember 8, 2015This place is SO GOOD! The BOTTOMSLESS brunch option is amazing, but beware! Drinks are strong! Eggs and Chorizo were really good, the GUAC was insanely good! 😊
- Grace MaJuly 4, 2017the pork entree is a must!!! best dish on the menu, we also had the lobster (which was solid) and carne asada tacos (which were OK)
- Christopher StatonDecember 16, 2012Don't miss the Bottomless Brunch for all you can drink. The carnitas tacos set the stage and the massive french toast brings it home.
- KEJune 7, 2017Service was hands-down the best I've ever had, anywhere. All the food was delicious, music was great! It was a little loud. Definitely go here!
- Dave SOctober 9, 2015You are going to split Calamari, Tacos, and a Hamberguesa (cooked in bacon) and you are going to freak out about how good it is.
- nora walkerDecember 31, 2014Bottomless at brunch is a great value - waitress kept the refills coming and didn't rush us at all.
- TW ✈️👸🏻May 20, 2014Best brunch with bottomless sangrias, margaritas and mimosas! Try the spicy chorizo & poached eggs... you will NOT be disappointed!
- Katarina ZidaricApril 8, 2015Staff was super friendly!! 😄 food is excellent, especially pork chops! And the place looks great! We absolutely loved it!!❤️💜❤️💜
- Margarita, Best in Town, not made w/ tequila btw. Chips & Salsa, you will eat it all. Food ideal for sharing or not! Don't die without having had a Hamburgesa. Secret: Sunday drink specials = :)
- SubhadraJuly 13, 2016They're really generous with the bottomless drinks at brunch, but the acoustics (and bottomless mimosas) can make it too noisy to hold a conversation...
- Joanna FlammOctober 10, 2016Trendy sit down Mexican restaurant. Great brunch or dinner in a fun neighborhood. Moderately priced.
- Josh MartinJanuary 12, 2020Solid Palomas, chips, and quac. Good option to chill here while waiting for your reservations at nearby restaurants.
- Best food in a long time! We come here every Sunday night! Kitchen closes at 1230am! Great 2 dollar mexican beers and 3 dollar acai berry sangrias on sundays! Great hole in the wall. Amazing!
- Emily FinleyMarch 20, 2016Chorizo and mussels is the best. The meat is good, but the taco plates are small - share them!
- Heather RodriguezJanuary 8, 2016This place was great food and adorable restaurant. Had the pork tacos.
- Christine BorkowskiFebruary 3, 2016Fresh ceviche, yummy lobster, delicious sangria (though I wish there was fruit in it).
- Rachid KaddourNovember 3, 2013You gotta have patience, because they let you wait quite long. The food however was very good! Try the fish taco's very good.
- Natalie RayMarch 4, 2012Bottomless mimosas and sangria, and super delicious brunch items. Try the Taco Senora Al Pestor on the brunch menu, you won't regret it!
- VernaNovember 16, 2012Get the ceviche and tacos. Favorites amongst the group were the lobster, al pastor and fish tacos. Everything was delish.
- H HSeptember 5, 2014Order the salmon sashimi (warning: has soy) and the charcoal grilled calamari as appetizers.
- Danielle C.June 16, 2013Their salmon sashimi is to die for! Also who knew mimosas could taste so good with pineapple juice
- Everything....and I mean *everything* is amazing, delicious, and reasonably-priced. Try the lobster tacos, more than enough for 2 people to share, with leftovers!
- Ilissa GilmoreApril 24, 2017Food is served family style, good for sharing with groups. Their salsas are AMAZING 👌🏽
- Theresa BFebruary 16, 2014Camarones tacos, huevos rancheros and bottomless sangria is the way to go for brunch!
- Mike LambertMay 28, 2012The pork chop is amazing!! I would also definitely recommend the tortilla soup (spicy with lots of chicken)
- Marina CostabileAugust 17, 2013Every taco is awesome. Love the Al Pastor. Fish is super fresh. Oysters are sublime.
- Eric TownleyAugust 3, 2011La Hamberguesa is sinful. They marinate the meat in Bacon and onion then smother it in their delicious guac. I highly recommend it.
- Chris FowlerJuly 28, 2013Ask Nick ( behind the bar ) for his suggestion. Enjoy the food and the ambience. It's worth it.
- Anna McPheeApril 1, 2016Take the coconut to go, sit in the park, crack it open, and enjoy some fresh coconut!
- Stephen SaribalisNovember 7, 2017The enchiladas and lobster are both good, unless they don’t have them which is ridiculous and does happen.
