Pre-check during early morning is only at Security Checkpoint 8, at the far end of the terminal, by AA Priority. This is a loooooong walk to the G concourse.

Most outlets are on the walls if you can find one. K20 has one near the boarding gate doors and there's one on the floor near the JAL Flagship Lounge (K19/K20)
If you arrive early to pick someone up, use the North lot past terminal 3, it's only $2 for the first hour and then you don't have to circle a million times!
