If you need to sleep the end of G concourse is quiet til about 6am. Also there is a yoga room, I didn't think of it in time, but hey, it's probably quiet and has mats and everything.

There are about 20-25 outlets available for public use in the walkway between h7 and k7. Its in front of "nuts on clark" and you'll see chairs next to the window wall.

Short quick moving security queue: far right of terminal, past international check-in. Quicker than one at other end near Spirit. Read more

O’Hare really needs a major renovation and have departures and arrivals on different floors like most other international airports.

Lots of good food options in this terminal. If you have status to get to the American Airlines flagship lounge-do it.

Check out the healthy food selection at Cibo Express & Argo Tea in the rotunda (between terminals 2 & 3). Many vegetarian/vegan options! Cibo is like a mini version of Whole Foods. Pricy though!

Stop at Argo Tea for the green tea with a ginger twist. It's really tasty in spite of the name.

Chicago people are awesome. American Airlines folks not! A nice Chicago passenger just handed out baggage to all the rest of us getting off the regional jet, while the AA folks just looked on lazily.

Pre-check during early morning is only at Security Checkpoint 8, at the far end of the terminal, by AA Priority. This is a loooooong walk to the G concourse.

Free Chrome laptop usage for Virgin America flights. Just confirm your flight info, enter a credit card (in case you don't return it!) and an ID! Nice time waster for those long flights!

Most outlets are on the walls if you can find one. K20 has one near the boarding gate doors and there's one on the floor near the JAL Flagship Lounge (K19/K20)

There are tons of outlets and some seating in the corridor between H & K. (by K6). This the same hall as the Admirals Club.

If you arrive early to pick someone up, use the North lot past terminal 3, it's only $2 for the first hour and then you don't have to circle a million times!

There's no smoking anywhere in the airport. You'll have to go outside security, outside the entrance doors and a certain distance from any entrance. And remember you'll have to go thru security again.

Allow plenty of time to commute as Chicago morning traffic can be slow & flights times are often slid earlier or later

This place is a hot mess. No free wifi, scurry restrooms, no outlets, dirty, bad seating. So get yourself to La Frontera and eat something yummy.
