The gymnastics center phone will always ring off the hook or you will get the machine & never get a call back. Very unprofessional & truly lacks customer service!- Plenty of parking and never crowded. I like it because it's spread out. Some of the machines are getting old, though.
- Small gym but they have powerlifting/Olympic lifting area with bumper plates and cage.

The Adult Flag Football Leagues here are well run and worth your money!
Make sure your have enough time for parking and traffic
- I'm going to miss the gym here. I'm too old for CrossFit.
Football Field is nice to stand on even when its pouring rain.
