I don't always eat fast food, but when I do, I prefer Chick-fil-a. Get the spicy chicken sandwich GRILLED instead of fried for a substitute. My favorite.
You can get a quick fairly healthy satisfying meal here. Get the 8 piece nuggets and the fruit cup instead of the fries and the light lemonade its only 390 calories. That's awesome for fast food!
