Paul SweeneyJanuary 6, 2016There is an off licence nearby on McCurtin street, on the corner, that has a relatively decent selection of wines if you need. Don't go to the supermarket across the road.
Lovely people and a rich and tasty breakfast. It has a nice looby and it's also a good place to watch sports. As a side note, most of the clients seem to be over 50.
Great service, nice rooms, thoughtful interior for technical people (alarm clock with induction charger, USB sockets in the wall).
Great value hotel located right in centre. Free wi-fi throughout as well. Odd mix if old and new. Great option for a night in Cork.

But watch out for the service; ours took ages to arrive
Two BeersMarch 22, 2013All in all reasonable value for the price. But the hotel definitely needs new matraces!
- I forgot to add that the free wi-fi has excellent coverage ( not where you take the breakfast.
