Awesome customer service!! The staff is a blast to hang out with around the pool and bars. They are always having fun with you and they are being genuine. Best place to stay in Cancun!!!
Lino is the man, he makes the best drinks. Make sure to find him at one of the beach bars or pool bars and ask for his signature shot the Tequila Slammer!! Can't wait to go back!

All the nightclubs like The City or Coco Bongo are just 5 minutes walking! The dolphins are amazing :)
