Free admission, open till 11pm, but be ready to wait in long queues. If the weather is good, you will see spectacular city view with Fuji behind the skyline.

great view, serious photographers and timelapsers beware. No tripods allowed. No even Gorilla Pods or mini tripods. They even stop you from resting your camera on the ledge. Got a few though :)

The Government building is a great substitute to get a view of the town and pictures. It's free and there's a nice souvenir shop on the top floor. Please be careful because sometimes it's so foggy.

Don’t let the lines scare you away. It moves super quick and everything is incredibly organized - as everything in Japan.

The view from the 45th floor is great but if you go during lunchtime then go back up to the 32nd floor to the cafeteria for good cheap meals.

Great because it's free. I've been to 3 view points (Tokyo tower, Park Hyatt and this one)... And still think the Tokyo Tower is best among these three.

Tokyo view for free: Almost all tourist guidebooks tell you to visit other places for a good city view. But you need to pay in those places. Here, at the city hall, it is for free.
