- Golden Coin's Char Siu manapuas/baos were $12.99; Hong Kong style Char Siu baos ($13.99 !). It was cheaper to buy either: (Magnolia/Filipino) Vegan Longanisa & Beyond Meat pork sausages @ $5.99 each!
- Coors Light beer - 2 for $5; ripe Apple Bananas, checked on a sale for Banquet Dinners (for Single people, only WITH a manufacturer's Coupon).
- 1 Kikkoman (aka Red) Miso Soup (3 packages) $3.89; 2 for $6 "Chips Ahoy" cookies ($3 each); 1 Brown Paper Bag: 15 Cents +Tax = $8.42. $20.00 (Cash) - $8.42 = $11.58 Change

Nathan KamJuly 12, 2011Great thing about shopping here is the sale savings are automatically deducted from your total. No need to bring the plastic membership card to get discounts. What you see priced is what you get.- Okuhara brand: Imitation Crab; Ritz baked chips: BBQ, Original or Veggies. Sinaloa Wheat Tortilla Wrap ($5).
- Yoplait Peach yogurt, Apple Bananas, Orange Sherbet, Soft Mild Taegu/Codfish, Bar S Turkey Hot Dogs, Apple Turnovers.
- Bank of Hawaii ATMs are still present, but the Teller area was replaced by: various Times Supermarket (on Sale) items, on wooden pallets.
- Always try to pickup the Sales Ad near the Exit Door for the (All in One) Coupon scan.
- Coinstar machine : you could go to the Cashier's when Customer Service line is too darn long. 50¢ per gallon purified water area (3 jugs max.)
- Hardly any Foot Traffic, in the Market, either at 6 am or at 10:30 p.m. at Night Time.
- There are Senior Citizen / Elderly hours before the store opens (either at 5am or 6am), for a 1 hour period only.
- Taro brand (probably) 1 bag of Poi was like $7-$8 ! (Size of it looked Small); I was looking for a Powdered Poi in a small plastic jar. Sad.
- Essential Everyday: pork and beans was $1.79; GNP bandage 3/4" was $2.69; instant hand sanitizer was 79 cents
- Customer Service counter does NOT give out change; the Cashiers can give you the money from the jar of coins from the Coinstar Machine though. Better than nothing.
