The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. Great location, really good breakfast, and the staff went above and beyond helping me with a few recommendations.

Nice hotel in downtown Columbus. Large modern rooms with standard bathroom but no safe. Free WiFi, self-service breakfast, and valet parking at 25$. Great service! Pubs & restaurants at walk distance.

This hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever come across in a hotel!! Not even a block from the North Market which is a must see!!

Be careful if the valet. They will do $1000 damage to your car and then deny it.

Don't stay here rude staff, lost my second rental key refuse to look in the valet for it. Broken hair dryer in my room, just plain awful place.
