Please give verbal feedback both positive & negative - baristas tell me they're making every effort to hire more people to accommodate rush hour, weekends & keep this location clean & to standards !!
I only come here for lunch so I can only speak for 11:30 to 1:30: nice service but sometimes with a language barrier, the 'taxi drivers' (older Somali gentleman) take up most seats. Internet is slow.
Dirtiest Starbucks on earth, however much cleaner tonight than usual. Still much improvement needed. They're always out of something here. No coconut syrup for the new Mocha Coconut Frap.
The barista just threw my change (about 75 cents) in the tip jar without even offering it to me first! When I asked for it back, she got offended - wow.
This is the first Starbucks I've been to where mobile order and pay was an absolute disaster. They tried to get me to pay for the drink again and hadn't even started it even though the app said ready.
Even when 3 people are working (the most I've ever seen) it can still be a long wait. Probably one of the least efficient Starbucks I've seen, but it is in a Target after all!
Worst Sbux staff I've seen. Speak slowly and spell out what you want...they don't know the most basic drinks and have to spell out everything on the cup. Then check with you again as they make it. Ugh
There are literally dozens of men and no females here. Very uncomfortable. I was going to sit down but men were glaring at me so I took my drink to my car...
Slow service. Baristas would rather chat with each other than earn a paycheck. Disgusting, the milkbar looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Even the patrons are bad
Worst service ever!!! the Indian lady who I think is the manager is the worst! She was talking on the phone and drinking her coffee while making my drink like WTF.
