Everything’s good especially their breakfast buffet 👍🏻 and also their services, facilities such as gym, pool etc.
Terror RiskOctober 22, 2015Hotel deluxe room quite spacious. Checked in Process done swiftly and we where assisted with WiFi setup. Michael improve Service compared from my last visit.

Nice room but aircond sometimes a little too warm, but just give a call to the reception, they are more than willing to help!
hotel is good breakfast is just OK compared to vistana KL. wanna go somewhere ask the receptionist to call the taxi for you. but sucks if u wanna go dinner outside got nothing nearby.

The hotel looks like a hospital, someone from neighbor country said it to me. The bed fabulous, no doubt. Food?? Haiyaaa.... And the rate? RM300++ offered to me for suite room, you think about it.
Parking lot limited, sometime at night you can't even get a parking, but the room after renovation is very good, i like to stay in Vistana.
Best Hotel in Kuantan. Good bed, good pillow, good enviroment and for sure good food and service.- Value for money. U wont want to get up if u are on the bed :) seriously
The most comfy beds n pillows... Food is decent... Good value for kuantan..best hotel here for me- Yes there is no gym. Go to MS Garden see if they have gym? Compare apple to apple, if u compare Vistana to Hyatt I would suggest that u compare our Tanjong Jara Resort to Hyatt......
This hotel provide good facilities,but the prob that my family faced is upon check in, front desk staff very slow, so its keep guest waiting quite long. Others is satisfactory.

The single beds here are really narrow... 2.5ft wide maybe... 2 combined to make a queen sized bed
