They have a great collection of fountain pens including the ones from Japan and overseas. It's on third floor of Tokyu South Building.

一階上の4Fのトイレ（店内の階段を上がる）。渋谷駅でゆっくり落ち着いてしたいならココがオススメ。いつも空いてるし駅のトイレよりキレイだしね。 http://4sq.com/AhMHY0

銀座線であれば、真ん中の出口から階段降りて左の階段を登る。正直、そんなに種類は豊富ではない。

トイレを探して4階に辿り着いたらものすごく綺麗！安心しました。かなりお勧めです！
