PW AainaaAugust 24, 2012Very nice hotel. Next to Prangin Mall and bus station. Go to the information counter and get the Rapid KL pocket map. So you can travel all over Penang Island by bus ! Cheap and easy :)

Jason ZhengJanuary 21, 2015Worse customer service at the fitness centre! Especially the two female staffs(the fat malay and the thin Indian). Hanging around chit chatting all the time and NO ONE TAKING CARE AT THE COUNTER!
MattDecember 31, 2015Price is ok but location is a bit far from the good places in the centre. Rooms are a bit old. Tip: hotel opposite (St Giles) has better bar on 30th floor and very good Japanese restaurant.

Alyssa NgSeptember 23, 2015Food is good. Limited parking. Don't forget to let your ticket stamped before exiting the hotel if you are there for a function.- Comfortable and located at the center of Georgetown next to Komtar and 1st Avenue.

Near to Prangin and 1st Avenue. Should try the macadamia ice cream at Gelatomio (1st Avenue)
Comfortable rooms on the Executive floors with efficient and honest service staff and guest amenities. Recommended!!

Hian HongSeptember 23, 2016Maybe pre renovation. This hotel is a far cry from its hey day. The interiors look worn and tired, but not unlike the neighbourhood. Don't overpay for the rooms!
