Excellent location: no need to drive anywhere. Great service, decent breakfast, rustic+eclectic atmosphere. Parking within hotel. Walking distance to shopping, pubs, restaurants, and bus stops.

This place has great service and staff that is very attentive to your needs. A bonus is their bar Kudos is essentially the only pub open in Cork on Good Friday. Highly recommend- Lovely hotel with attentive staff. Front facing rooms have balconies with river views. At weekends it's best to ask for a quieter rear room as revellers & nearby bar make noise outside

Neil KennedyApril 29, 2010Lovely hotel but some rooms face INTO the hotel. The windows look down onto the main reception area. Its very random. No outside view and can't really open the curtains because everyone will see in.
Great wi-fi throughout hotel. Coffee can be mixed, sometimes amazing, sometimes terrible.

Have stayed here with the family and they were very helpful looking after a family of 5 with one of their family rooms.
U KJuly 1, 2013Nice rooms. Wifi a plus. But the reception is very poorly managed. I had 5 people awaiting service with one person at the reception. Unacceptable.
