This is the best hotel I've stayed at. SPG platinum gets free breakfast buffet at the restaurant, tea at the front lounge, happy hour, and there's fresh fruit in the room.
Beautiful hotel, EXTREMELY accomodating staff, buffetbfast is beautiful, rooms are very nice especially for spg, uniquely designed pool, spg cocktail hour starts the evening strong
This Le Meridien is amazing. Rooms, service, decor, food are all top-notch. SPG members, save your points and redeem here. Platinums get unlimited tea/snacks in the lounge all day on top of happy hour
Exceptional service and staff! Even though in need of renovation (rooms outdated: old ac, not enough power and media outlets) the experience was amazing. Will come again!
Breakfast menu changes daily - hit or miss. Happy hour at Naga - unlimited drinks, appetizers - delicious, relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff. Relax in lobby lounge for a drink to cool off, relax.
Beautiful hotel and an easy ride to Pub Street / The Alley. The front desk can hook you up with discounts / tix to key events, highly recommend the Cambodian Circus (think Cirque).
SPG members receive a free coffee/espresso per person per day and a free rice winetour upon request. Welcome gift can be star points or lovely local scarves. We opted for the scarves!
Fabulous hotel, large clean rooms. The pool is terrific. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic and plentiful, including many made to order items.
A very posh hotel, and with luxury comes the high price. Stay here if you have money to burn, but if not, just walk 2 blocks down and you'll see plenty of other more affordablehotels. Free wi-fi here
Super warm and welcoming arrival. Place is large! SPG members receive 20% off food and 15% off spa services. Two-hour massage packages start at approx $40 USD minus 15%.
Hotel is clean. Corner suite is big but beds are uncomfortable if coming from the US. Staff is friendly. Spa deals are cheap. Som (concierge) is great. English is tough for some staff. Pool is nice.
Typical terrible American hotel located in Cambodia. They treat SPG platinum guests like zoo animals. Unfortunate because the grounds are beautiful and the location is perfect. Stay at a local hotel.
If you are eligible for late check out (platinum), make sure that you confirm and reconfirm that they recorded the late check out and the time of the check out. It was a total disaster for me.
The breakfast in the Angkor Royal Cafe is ok, not outstanding. The smell from the cooking station is very strong, better take a place outside :-) if food is missing ask for it!
Staff is friendly but undermanned, especially for a country with such low labour costs. Management is not visible and doesn't seem to care how hotel is run. Still maintenance is good, hotelwell kept
Mostly frequented by Japanese and Chinese guests. Breakfast selection is very limited and they aren't filling up if large groups eat earlier like last 2 days. Smells like old fat better eat outside
As SPG member, WiFi seems fast and stays connected during stay. Staff is very friendly, command of English better than average Thai hotel worker. Breakfast is very good with omelet station, changing
Starwood has never fail to disappoint me. Excellent services as always and greeted with warm welcome from the hotel pick up to the lobby. As a SPG member, I got a free suite upgrade.
