- On a nice day, all the locals hike to the top of the mountain in the center of the city where they gather for a meal at the summit restaurant. Most beautiful views of the fjord!!

- Elena LazebnikApril 2, 2018New and large terminal, clear to find a way, convenient paths. Damn expensive parking - 600nok(60eur) per 20 minutes is insane. And 7 free minutes are not enough to meet smb. No smoking places.

- Victor DoNovember 29, 2015Plug outlets in the restaurant in the international departures. Try to spend as much time before security as you can to avoid crowds. Hallway where car rentals is a good place.
- The new domestic terminal is fantastic. They now need to upgrade the international terminal which is still a dogs dinner.

- Dan DeLucaOctober 5, 2014Pretty small airport - seems like you dont have to be there too early. There are quite a few self check in booths to speed up check in. The gate area has wooden floors which give a rustic feel.

- Wondering why the locals buy so much booze at the tax free? It is much cheaper, so shop away - but don't buy more than allowed!

- If you're stuck waiting to drop your baggage & want somewhere to put your feet up, go up the stairs rather than the escalator towards security; you'll find an area w/reclining chairs & power outlets.

- Free, but slow wifi. Small airport but easy to navigate around. Expensive food and drinks.

- Sigmund AarestadJuly 16, 2010If you're checking in baggage: Learn to use the self check in baggage thing, which SAS and Norwegian has. It's located to the right of SAS's baggage drop. Saves you a lot of time... Easy to use too!
