    【東京都選定歴史的建造物】 明治の元勲松方正義の子、正熊の自邸として建てられたものです。大きな壁面の色調を押さえ、庇の垂木や窓回り部分を白色のペイント塗りして際立たせています。大正10年(1921)の建設。
