Crowded on weekends, kind of difficult to find parking spot. Many hotels nearby, great place for events. Nice place to eat & watch movies (XXI cinema).

From Korean makeup to a fast food franchise. They have food trucks/stalls INSIDE the mall and the staff YELLS to attract customer. annoying.

Crowded, small and almost impossible to find parking lot on holiday. Make better coordination between parking man and security outside. Close your gate if there is no parking available inside.

The nursery room is sooo small and no AC...really not baby friendly. And no elevator!! When u use a stroller u just have to use the escalator goin each floor.. Soo dangerous!!

The building shares the same parking lot as Hotel Santika, so parking your vehicles is a problem on weekends when there're weddings, meetings, etc at the hotel and Botani Square Function Halls.
