Very nice clean hotel, centrally located in the first zone of the Underground. The hotel staff is attentive. One perk is that the provide a free mobile with a data plan for guests.

The hotel's Harlequin Restaurant at the Lounge Bar serves amazing international cuisine. Also try their traditional afternoon tea.

I paid £7.50 for a cheese & pickle sandwich and £6.00 for two cokes. The sandwich had stale/hard bread, served with crisps and a salad (with no fork given). The coke was poured from a bottle. Not ok!

Had dinner here through a £10 2 course deal. Pigeon and duck terrine unto start which was nice but burger for main very dry and not nice. Also 15% service charge added and 200ml diet coke was £3!

Lots of people complaining of no Wi-Fi in the rooms, there is now and it is excellent. However it is not free and it is not cheap - £15 per 24 hours.

This is a pricey hotel, but they make proper cocktails at the bar - awesome Virgin Marys

Good location, but the mattresses are a nightmare. Didn't sleep the last 2 nights, took 4 aspirins last night since the mattresses are as hard as wood

Everything very average except the location. Awful small beds (beware if over 1,90), wifi expensive, TV slightly bigger than an iPad.

Was originally suppose to stay here but the travel agent screwed up my plans. Looks nice from what I can see.
