- Alex SchotiDecember 31, 2016This is a fair lounge. I'm here on New Year's Eve so the staff seem really upset. However, it's a large place with food, beverages and (bonus) an outside terrace where one can smoke!
- Amin JaberSeptember 20, 2014Fairly basic. I have seen better lounges. They have many place to plug your charger, they would provide you with an adapter if needed.
- 83 oleghopeMarch 2, 2020One of the best lounges in airports across EU: spacious, with big variety of foods 🥪 & beverages 🧃. Enough room whether u need to work 👨🏽💻 or wanna just chill✌🏽.
- Michael ShcherbakovJanuary 5, 2017I'd say a decent lounge for its category (PP/contract lounge). No hot food when I was there, but I assume it's available at lunch and dinner time.Snacks, sandwiches, some fruit, alcohol selection etc
- Daniel OblitasSeptember 11, 2019Good that the lounge has showers. For those traveling long time and having connections in Madrid is super good. Just need to book at the reception and soon they will be calling your name.
- muttibeyMarch 2It is quite large and clean. It looks directly to the planes for take off and the sight is relaxing. Food options are limited. Drink options are good.
- Simon BartleJuly 26, 2019Great lounge - plenty of drinks options, lots of space and large windows to make the most of the light
- Ryan ThompsonOctober 11, 2012Huge lounge with some beer, wine and crisps. Oh, and one pre packaged sandwich left. 30 minutes free wifi and constant announcements for every flight. Not a VIP experience...
- Tagir MansurovAugust 24, 2013That's ok, choice of alco, so so sandwiches and salads, lot of refreshment drinks, comfy sofas and chairs, lot of space
- Yamil Salinas MartínezMarch 28, 2013Honestly speaking, the best thing around here are the sofas. The flight announcements are a bit annoying but at least space is generous.
- Ludovic GallerneDecember 1, 2012Despite the fantastic views, rather unpleasant experience. Non-stop loud announcement, limited and slow wifi, no choice of snacks, unfriendly staff... Still like the comfort of the sofas...
- Juan DiezJanuary 15, 2017Seems recently renovated, it's definitely not as good as Iberia's offering, but a lot better than may lounges out there.
- No free wifi, minumum food, newspapers attached to a wooden stick, cheap coffee but proper chairs: a mirror of the spanish crisis.
- Altan ErcanAugust 1, 2013I dont like it. Most of the lounges of star aalliance lounges are far better than here.
- Suz DunnMay 25, 2013Large lounge, fridges poorly stocked, not very friendly staff. Still, free beer and juice and 30 mins free wifi. Could be worse, could be so much better.
- Rafah SevenJanuary 7, 2018Is very big and the food is basic. Very confortable but the Wifi didn’t works . I had to use the data.
- George TaylorAugust 7, 2012Terrible Lounge Hot no service no food. If you ask they may bring out a sandwich. Elevator button broken. PC's down. Just 30 min internet. As mentioned just a wonderful experience NOT !!!!!!
- antisuperheroDecember 26, 2012one of the worst airport lounges ever! you better to have a proper coffee and sandwich from starbucks downstairs.
- Andrey PershinAugust 12, 2017These guys changed the rules and now you can't enter this lounge earlier than 4 hours before your flight. How ridiculous. I had a 10 hours connection and had to stalking around the airport. Awful.
- Mircea MihaescuApril 4, 2013No wifi, no indication on how to get it, basic facilities, no food -- keep your expectations in check
- Croppy BoyMay 24, 201230 mins free wifi voucher. Crap slow speed though. Food brutally bad. Coffee good
- Ro Sinha CSeptember 27, 2015I've been in better VIP Lounges. Has nothing extraordinary. Try to find somewhere you can plug-in your cellphone
- The worst VIP lounge ever. Bad service, no food. Computer broken.
