Since one of the last negative reviews, they now serve Seattle's Best coffee and are under new management. They're always friendly and offer many things to drink besides coffee.

Good place to escape to when you need a change of scenery. Comfy seating. I've never seen it crowded.
The new food they are serving since My Friend's Place closed is better than they ever had at MFP. Nice options for vegetarians!
They are super nice. Try the chicken salad & veggie chips. Also good soups in the winter!
Great little spot, hidden away. 3 nice couches. Doesn't take AMEX- Nice people! Their chicken salad & butternut squash soup is yummy too
Soups and lattes are what they do best. Well, that and customer service.

Brandon EcholsMay 21, 2010Ugh, don't bother...their lattes aren't very good. So bad in fact, I'd rather walk to 14th for a Starbucks. I like to support the independents but please, don't overcharge me for bad coffee :/
