Here's a good tip for you servers : know how to give excellence service, say hello to every guest that walks in, and smile even if you don't feel like it. Excellence service willl bring you great tips

Sorry to say that I have had too many problems with COLD food here.Management has taken care of it,but there is a problem when the food is always cold.Drinks are good, but service is a hit or miss.

Ask from the peppercorn ranch to dip your bread in! BTW they says its proprietary but I'm pretty sure you can get it at HEB.

The Roadies and Hot Chicks are good...service is not good though. As others have said, hostesses and wait staff are not very friendly. Could use some training or better attitudes.

Seats gave me a rash too. Plus no one greeted me when we came in and the servers dont know customer service they just know how to do the bare minimum. The managers should know how to train em better.

Terrible experience! Steak was ordered medium-well but came to the table almost bleeding. The chicken fried steak was dry. Empty dishes were not cleared.

And another thing. Who ever logan is doesnt know how to cook a steak if i have to put A1 on my ribeye.
