- Shirley LiuMarch 14, 2016Traditional Taiwanese breakfast -- less of a line than Fu Hang. Some of my favorites are their soy milk (sweet or salty), Saobing with egg, danbing (egg pancake), and fantuan (Chinese rice burrito)
- Epicurean 🗼dventuresJanuary 3, 2019It's 7.30am when we arrived & there're already 2long Qs! D1@entrance is 4take-aways & d other inside is 4dine-ins.B prepared2 share table as there r limited seats.Menu is in Chinese,Japanese,& English
- Christine WuJanuary 13, 2016The salty soy milk is very unique because something is added to the milk to congeal it slightly-making it almost into a soft tofu. Highly recommend for a traditional Taiwanese breakfast.
- Very famous local spot. Their fried doughs are freshly made and you often see part girls here at midnights after clubbing.
- Juliette CheungMarch 29, 2015Love their xiaolongbao Even better than ding tai fung the staff is so nice and the food is good quality I ate the egg crepes xiaolongbao fried radishcake soybean milk and so nd it's just so delicious
- Connie ChiuNovember 29, 2019Fav is soy milk with salty egg, liu tiao, and fan tuan. The dan bing is also super tasty. Humble spot but so delicious.
- NathanOctober 5, 2019Get the sweet soy milk (iced or hot are both great), a youtiao 油條 (fried dough stick), and if you're feeling especially hungry, the turnip cake 蘿蔔糕 is where it's at.
- Lene MaeOctober 20, 2018You tiao (fried dough fritter) is so crispy and soy milk is the best!! Dumplings skin too thick and meat floss crepe too little ingredients, skip.
- HklingAugust 10, 2014Two queues - go inside for the dine in and point to the pictures if you can't read. Lots of locals and quite heavy for brekkie. Would suggest maybe better for lunch or after drinks - open 24hrs
- JuliaNovember 28, 2017The soy milk is very good! Nice breakfast spot where you can get cheap Chinese breakfast (egg rolls, rice cakes etc)
- L MAugust 11, 2017Best you tiao and homemade soy milk I've ever had! I also recommend trying the 韭菜盒子!
- Shyan TanAugust 30, 2014Offers good, wholesome Taiwanese breakfast in the form of 'youtiao', soybean, 'jianbing' and assorted glutinous rice goodies. Recommended.
- clairbear TJuly 26, 2015Sleazy area but food is still safe and comforting. Lesser crowd here which is great!
- Skip the Shanghainese dumplings which are average. Order savory dou jiang with extra toppings...so yum! Also excellent fan tuan (飯團).
- Try the sweet sticky rice rolls (甜饭团). Most breakfast food items are very good as well.
- EricFebruary 28, 2017Must get: standard salty dou jiang with youtiao donuts. Anything additions good too!
- Donald WangJune 1, 2016This is probably the best 永和豆漿 in Taipei for the taste and attention to detail on the food.
- Alex RobertsonJanuary 11, 2017this place is just fantastic--you tiao, soy milk, dumplings, and all combinations of these things
- Will LeungJanuary 20, 2015salty soy milk is a must try but dont expect to finish it cuz the big porpotion. egg cake is ok. queue in AM time.
- coughsodaMarch 25, 2016pretty good, anything fried dough is a safe bet but skip the XLB they're ratty junk
- Robert HonJuly 27, 2016One of the best place to have 粢飯豆漿 燒餅油條 in the world. Shame to Shanghai China
- Nicole AAugust 8, 2014Good option to try Taiwan's salty soy milk breakfast. No queue compared to Fu Hang.
- 1st time trying 'salty' soya n I must say it's quite unique! :))
- Tiffany SDecember 6, 2014If they spill a bowl of boiling dou jiang all over your feet they'll give your group a free meal.
- David StrasserDecember 23, 2013No English menu, so go with someone who can read or speak Chinese, if that isn't you. Get the salty soy milk inside and get a sweet one to go.
- Fuyuhiko TakayaNovember 24, 2014For non-Chinese people, a photo menu is prepared, so ask it to the shop staff. 非中国語圏の方向けに写真メニューが用意されてます。Upvoted 3 weeks ago
- Missy Wan RongMay 30, 2015慕名而來,沒有想像中擁擠 Taiwanese traditional breakfast, reasonable price. Try salty soybeans. It's can't be taste in malaysia
