I love this hotel. It has very good gym, beautiful swimming pool, a few nice restaurants on the first floor. SPA is very good too but quite expensive. Was cool to see there Jeremy Clarkson. 😌😁

One of the best airport hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are large, feature ice cold air conditioning and the hotel offers a range of food options and an incredible pool and fitness area.

Excellent hotel. Easy walk from terminal. Several good restaurants. Beautiful pool. Cold AC. Great service. Exec level has 3 hours of free cocktails. Breakfast served from 3am for early flights. 5/5

As a hotel, it’s very impressive, amplified by the fact this is an airport hotel is even more wow! Everything you need with beautiful standard rooms and a 10 minute under road walk to the airport.

Nice. Peaceful n quiet place. So gd dat not seeing and bum into those noisy group of people that make u annoy and irritated. The feeling is Awesome.

Very good airport hotel, spacious rooms, good amenities and services. To walk from the terminal, go down to the basement level. Use the lifts if with a baggage trolley, faster than rolling walkways.

Walking from the terminal is quicker and easier than the shuttle. Head down to level B and walk towards the city trains, it's a 5 min underground walk directly to the hotel.

The pool is a dreamscape. And not crowded. Breakfast is quite good. Extensive array of choices. Japanese, Asian, European and American breakfasts. Plus espresso machine.

Large rooms, good air conditioning and restaurants open late. Great option if you're doing a long haul from Aus to Europe to refresh to get a good nights sleep

For an airport hotel - amazing. Spacious rooms. Lots of restaurants and services. Transportation service to the terminal. Excellent overall.

When at BKK airport, the hotels desk is at door 4 on the baggage claim level. Excellent customer service and a beautiful hotel through and through!!

Nice airport hotel, but my all time favorite is still Crowne Plaza Changi Airport (Singapore). Paid around THB 3000 via Accor Hotels 50% discount sale.

Very convenient if you have long layover. Nice hotel but not near anything so would only consider it if you need to crash before or in between flights.

No mini Bar in the room, no department or hotel shop for beverages, 7eleven opposite, also horrible, cash only. The baggage butler is nice.

Service in the cafe is *really* slow. Buffet is overpriced but at least you don't have to wait while wait staff walks past and ignores you!
