Debra KatzJanuary 27, 2014License plate surrender takes about 60 seconds! Hand them to the receptionist and they hand you a plate surrender confirmation.
It’s the DMV. They will do whatever the can to say no to you and make you come back.

- Yeah, even the receptionist lady has a mad/frown expression (maybe as a result of her 2 tone hair) and doesn't know how to respond to "hi, how are you or thank you."

- Drivers license renewal process: Line 1 check ID, Line 2 check ID, Line 3 check ID, Pay fee, Photo then get renewal license. What a process! :(
