They dig the carpark till #B6 at this old plot of land. Toilet like hotel also. It also has underground walkway to City Hall MRT & other malls.
Lot more options to eat and shop now in the city hall area. It also houses the historic capitol theatre.
Shopping not very good, few stores and not very practical items. Recommend.. Come at night and check out the colorful fountain in the piazza.
- Covered access to MRT & nearby malls. At level B2. Get to City Hall station, Raffles City, Funan & Adelphi — rain or shine 👍🏼

Shops cater to quirky gifts, premium buys yet offer affordable food options.

Celine OngFebruary 2, 2016Good place for catching up over a meal and for a nice movie date as the mall is not too crowded.- OCBC ATM at B2 in a bare corner next to the ASUS Collection Centre. The ATM faces Nalan's entrance (not the fountain-side entrance but on the other side).
- TingMarch 20, 2016Enjoy free parking daily noon-2pm without minimum spend. Just get in and out of gantry during stipulated time.
Take Exit D from City Hall MRT Interchange Station to gain entry to Basement 2 of Capitol Singapore.
