When getting your dog groomed ask for Eric!He is amazing, definitely a great asset to their grooming staff When Eric is working he always has a genuine smile on his face,you can tell he loves his job.

Had the WORST experiences at this pet hotel and doggie day camp. The staff is terrible. The store is dirty. Just drive to Cherry Hill!!

The most horrendous customer service I have ever seen from a store manager after an error was caused by her employee. I will never return to this location.
