Chelsea RenaudMay 10, 2016This is about as grungy as Park Slope gets, meaning it’s a tiny bit edgy but mostly clean. Come for the open-air space, stay for the beer selection and pinball machines. Bonus: they allow dogs.

Michelle CNovember 25, 2016Nice outdoor area with room for a large party. Mixed specialty drinks are okay - Cider Mill is the best. Biggest downside? No kitchen! Oaxaca Taqueria is across the street though so bring takeout.

Quite probably the best spot for a beer in NYC. Amazing rotating taps and a fantastic rotating cask. Great tacos available across the street and dogs a-plenty hanging out. What more do you want?

Istvan LodorOctober 25, 2014Baby friendly, we bumped into a birthday party with at least 5 families with kids, and it worked out perfectly for us to take a break on a longer trip we were taking with my wife and daughter.
One of the best beer lists in New York, a nice outdoor courtyard, and of course dog friendly! Plus you can bring take out here.
Always a great beer list. Always served well. One if my favorite day drinking spots has tons of ambient light coming through the open courtyard.

Bartenders are always super cool and the people are generally well behaved, Compared to a dump like lavender lake

Awesome bar with a great courtyard and tables in the shade. Pretty good beer list too.
Cretious JMay 11, 2012It may not be kid friendly but it certainly is DOG friendly. Each bartender happily greets my dog and all allows her to drink from a doggie bowl on the bar.
