the suites are spacious and high floor, great view all around and affordable price ! Oh, did i mention there are Jacuzzi in the suites too ? Very worth the money, but it need to renovate soon as it is

They need some refurbishments. Rooms are still good, I believe they are still the most affordable suites type hotel in Penang. Not forgetting the HuGE long bed! Love it!

Value for money, high floor . Ultimate seaview, big suites. Good breakfast! And it comes with a private jacuzzi in all suites . Good deal. Can use some renovation

Breakfast is really bad but the staff is great and the rooms are spacious. It’s a bit dated but the bathrooms are fantastic.

Access from parking to hotel lobby is ridiculous. There is no lift. You need to access using staircase! Drop your luggage at the lobby before park your vehicles. Room is good. Breakfast is just so-so.

Room is worth the money. Specious. But need upgrading. No led TV yet. Plssssss upgrade. I would like to continue to stay here whenever I am down in PNG.

I love the fact that there's a private jacuzzi tub in every suite! =) but, dinner at the coffee house is horrible and food takes really long to reach the table!

Parking arrangement is defective. Doors into hotel-side of bldg from car park are locked, which forces transit via office-side.

This hotel is getting pretty old, even though it's one of the better value hotels around in Penang. Needs major refurbishment and renovation.

Rooms are big. Ammenities are bad. Carpark far from lobby. No direct lift. Aircond and fan not strong. Given special request for room but not adhired by staff.
