Best pies I've ever had. They've got killer staples (pumpkin, apple, etc) and always some surprises. You can't go wrong dropping in for a slice and a coffee or grabbing a couple pies for a holiday,

All. The. Pies. Get a few different slices to share. The seasonal flavors are always unique and worth a try. It's all about that butter crust. Their other confectionery treats are delicious as well!

The pies here are so amazing, I make the trek all the way from NJ to have some of their pies, on the occasion when I stay at Shelter island I make the extra effort to visit the other location!

Strawberry streusel pie is incredible. Apple rhubarb was something I never had before and I dug it. Literally can't go wrong with any menu choice you make.

Butter-crusted pies with fillings that are more hipster than Great Plains Grandma in style and substance. We adore their chocolate oatmeal pie, plus anything double-crusted with apple or rhubarb.

You can expect pies like blood orange and rhubarb or plumb crumble in the summer, salted caramel apple in the fall, dark chocolate and dried cherry in winter and pear ginger in spring. Read more

The salted caramel apple pie is delicious. Don't try and split one slice between two people. Feelings will get hurt.

Try the Salted Caramel Apple pie! Goes so well with a dollop of whip cream! Couldn't help but ask for seconds! Try it with their freshly brewed coffee. Mmm... (:

Very cute little place that smells amazing, has great coffee, and some of the best pie I've ever had. Salted Caramel Apple is a classic, pumpkin and lemon pies were great too.

Everything is great but the menu is constantly changing (changed over entirely while I sat there for 2 hours). So don't go in set on anything!

Pie so good you'll want to stand on the tables and sing about it. Ask the staff for their recommendations, they've never let me down. Free refills on the ~$2 coffee

Quaint little place for a slice of pie and cup of coffee. The salted caramel apple is to die for. Salted honey and pumpkin pie are good runner-ups. Order an extra slice to go. You'll thank me later

Some of the best pie in the city. Their coffee is great too. Go here before going to a show at the Bell House. However, mind that they close earlier than you'd think, at 7 PM on most days.

Pie, and pie, and more pie, actually, just the crust is enough for me, even after a couple of days, its still good. Also they serve stumptown there

Delicious pies made with the best local ingredients. Eating here is like having a great slice of pie in your grandma's kitchen. I had the Cranberry Sage with whipped cream, yum!

Tourist tip: Black Bottom Oat - It's like a chocolate chip oatmeal cookie dressed up as a pie. Say yes to the real whipped cream on the side!

You won't know what you've been missing until you've tried one of their salted pie slices. Salty Honey or Salted Caramel Apple Pie -- can't go wrong either way. Your stomach will thank you.

Good coffee. Got a ham & cheese brioche. Sweet bread, comes cold. Heating it up there takes a while and not too warm when it's done. Just saying

Cheer up a little, cash register man; you work at a pie shop, not a morgue. With each time I come, I get more and more convinced to buy prepackaged pies from the market next time and skip the hype.
