The Financial district is the banking capital of the country. A major destination for visitors and the oldest developed part of NYC. The area was briefly the capital of the very young United States

- Completely revitalized over the last fifteen or so years although some of the architecture can be cold and alienating.
The best neighborhood in Manhattan! All trains run here, great access to west side and FDR, as well as a plethora of restaurants and bars.
