I'd say half the people that work here are awesome the other half do not reflect the brand. Hotel is elegant and beautiful and the valets are the best.
Elena Jacobs LopezAugust 7, 2016The adult pool is warmer water, a little quieter, but on a typical summer day in key west, The family pool is more refreshing! Beach service is great early in the day. The bar is steps from the sand!

Great hotel - clean, large rooms, and friendly staff. Skip the $20 valet and park for free in the street. No wet bar in the room - grab a late night drink at the pool until midnight.

Get a lay of the land as soon as you arrive. Free drink at noon each day on the beach. Free popsicle at 2pm. Free frozen towel...I never saw. The bar in the lobby has specials each day.- The staff is phenomenal. Love the Italian Ice and the frozen towels. It's the little touches that make it stand out.
Beautiful hotel, great location, excellent service!! Nice rooms however bathroom is a bit small ~ Tip your waiters and pool staff ~ you'll be glad ;)

The Sun Sun pool bar has amazing cocktails. Order a skinny cucumber lemonade or a Moscow mule, grab a hammock, and lose a few hours.
Alternative to the NorthWest side Westin properties, is the southward facing Casa Marina. Oceanfront and Poolside for Sunrise.

Largest hotel in key west. If you stay here watch out for hidden pool use charges.. Yup they charge 10 bucks per day to your daily charges for pool use even if you don't use it. Hmmm
Matt GossardJune 6, 2013The staff are very slow almost as if they are working for free and don't need tips. The beds are awful and no hot tub! As a diamond member no real difference ..But all in all not bad just bad beds !!!
Had the most beautiful stay at Casa Marina. Beautiful views, nice staff and fabulous piña coladas. Vacation I will not soon forget.
The service is horrible!! The rooms were nice & views are great outside by the pool. Service was just horrible though, definitely no benefits 4 being a diamond member! Starwood property's are better

Amanda DiveleyMarch 7, 2014You are paying for the property/amentities definitely not the room. Overpriced. Worst wireless internet, expect for it to never work. Great mojitos, even key lime! I recommend the jet ski tour.
Love the frozen towels which are handed out to those on loungers or hammocks

Christina JewellMay 31, 2013This place is great but the only bad thing is they don't have ceiling fans in the room?! It's Florida and a beach and no fans plus the air conditioner kind of sucks
I paid for a room overlooking the beach and didn't have it!!! I'll never be back this place sure!
