Staff is friendly and helpful. It's a hike to the shopping and sites on Michigan Avenue. If you plan to walk. Rooms are outdated and old. Hotel in general needs a renovation. Good if you need to crash
$32/night for valet parking. but there are 2 pubic lots 1 block away which are just $20/night. This is a safe area, so save your money and use the public parking.
The wi-fi is awful but free, it's far from the L, the parking is expensive despite being west of 90/94, and the walls are paper thin. Food recommendation: Native Foods Café, just three blocks east.
Loudhotel (street noise), slow internet, (couldn't load google) & even the movie I ordered required an engineer as it stopped midway through. Great room service but otherwise a bomb.
Not a very nice hotel. Smells bad, dingy sheets, not modern in any way, extremely slow internet, too expensive for what you get. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
