Rixos President Astana Hotel is very nice and in good location for business purposes. Foods are good. Rooms are very clean. Lobby is cozy and we'll established. Irish bar is very good spot to chat.

The lounge is very pretty and nice. Very expensive beer and food, but free wireless. Also has the best English language bookstore in the city.

New staff is completely inadequate and rude. When you pay 350$ per room you expect perfect service, not in Rixos.

The brunch is mediocre... The cake was still frozen and the chef decided to tell us that it was normal since it was an ice cream cake! This was a pure lie since only the butter cream was frozen...

Hotel is superb, however the service is undeveloped. Staff needs to be trained on hotel service.

Хороший отель,просторные номера, большой бассейн и сауны в спа.И для любителей кофе - турецкий кофе) good hotel, quite old, but clean.Spacious rooms, big pool and wonderful Turkish coffee at lobby bar

Завтрак шведский стол разнообразный , а по выходным и в праздничные дни завтраки стоят по 4500 тг. По проживанию все отлично в номере было все необходимое. Благодарю

В спа понравился уход за лицом, массажи - не очень. Приятный румсервис, хорошие завтраки. В целом, приятный отель, каждый раз с удовольствием возвращаюсь.

Ирландский паб отличный. Если думаете где можно ночью поесть или попить, можете смело ехать туда. Вкусная кухня. Дорого.

Компания проводит крупное мероприятие, а стакан для воды отель предоставить не может!!! "Пейте из бутылки" ответил вежливо официант! Сервис полный отстой!
