It gets generally poor ratings, but I've no idea why -- rooms are a decent size, beds are comfy... There is construction happening out front though, which makes it look dingier than normal :-)

Looks a bit tatty... But actually fully ok! Breakfast with excellent yoghurt & fresh fruit, beds and linen very comfortable!!!

Comfortable rooms, but crappy wi-fi and $7 for the shuttle. Hard to get a cab too.

The rooms were pretty standard but the beds are very comfortable. The restaurant is awesome.

Room 808 has constant sound of water flowing. Probably from the room on top.
