- Not at all a 5 star hotel. The only plus is the good wifi and the beautiful garden and ceilings. But not the best place to stay. Hotel staff are not professional. Rooms are small with minimum serviceUpvoted Mar 23
- Mohammad AmirRahmaniMarch 28, 2016Amazing architecture. But the quality and taste of the restaurant and cafe ve got the lowest possible standard in a hotel!
- Semira KAugust 16, 2014Its traditional rooms can be Most pleasant place for tourists to stay & find them self in a part of Iran history, each room has a dominated terrace to the amazing hotel yard
- peyman gNovember 20, 2018Most beautiful Hotel in middle east.Traditional but expensive.Better to try the restaurant, cafe and traditional tea house if you don't want to stay there.Beautiful amazing garden specially at night
- Jarryd CommerfordSeptember 10, 2017The hotel is beautiful and worth a visit, but service is lacking and at sometimes very rude. It's a shame because it could be an incredible place to stay but instead it is better to just visit for tea

- Navid GhodsSeptember 22, 2017One if the most exotic hotels you can ever hope to stay in! Wonderful courtyard! Breakfast was just yum!
- Yasamin PurSeptember 25, 2023Very beautiful traditional hotel; from rooms to yard, cafe and restaurant. But their service is NOT 5star at all; staff are not trained for a 5sat service or even for professional behavior.
- Ali MahdianApril 15, 2018Wonderful garden , amazing traditional rooms. People on charge need lots of development there. Overall a great experience
- Mohammad ShirkavandOctober 14, 2014I do adore the garden and it's coffeeshopp.lovly ambience and very quiet surrounding.
- FerenceJune 30, 2013Amazingly beautiful entrance hall, gardens and breakfast room! The rooms could do with a little renovation.
- Enjoy the lovely atmosphere without using the restaurants and the old and outdated rooms...
- Ali VaseghniaAugust 6, 2014Drink a tea in it's beautiful garden and enjoy the architecture of this hotel.
- BaranMarch 11, 2018Very beautiful historical building, needs better management. Avoid getting a room by the Amadegan St, terribly noisy, windows aren’t sound proof. Rooms not really comfortable. A 4 star hotel at most.
- Nora TaghaviOctober 29, 2015Its restaurant is really nice , foods and environment made memorable times there for you
- Probably the best hotel in the country. Architecture is astonishing
- Aty ❄October 7, 2013Seriously! Best hotel in Iran ♥ everywhere is beautiful! Specially yard! Dont miss tea and iranian treditional food "Ash Reshte" that served in courtyard ! And Roof garden cafe is so good! Try it ;-)
- mohammad reza keyvan araJune 18, 2015Bit Slow In Giving Service But Everything Else Is Just Fantastic
- Iman KhaliliMay 7, 2017Probably the most beautiful hotel in iran. The foods are great in restaurant (fesnjon and shishlik and chicken stake👌🏻) and the traditional tea house is amazing..
- Fathima ChocpieSeptember 27, 2013Hotel rooms are not the best - don't get rooms facing the garden - I love the balconies
- ArslanMay 10, 2014It's sad that they don't serve qalyun (sisha) anymore in their lovely garden. Big loss.
- Arsham MostaaniMay 22, 2015Its architecture is actually intricate and its yard is so pleasing. The prices are a bit higher than the same places in the city but don't forget that you're spending your money in a royal palace...
- Marina BonattiApril 28, 2013Food is boring and it has no variety, rooms are informal and do not respect the style of the hall, great garden
- dAnDecember 3, 2011nothing special here! only the Garden and tea house & of course hotel interior design! unless you stay at suits which costs a lot there is nothing else special
