    Speciality includes Scallop from Hitra, radishes and clementine, Langoustine from Trondheim fjord & Whey sorbet with apples from Klakken and rhubarb root oil

    Unbelievable experience. I was not prepared for these simple and rustic flavors of awesomeness. Superb bistrot style eat out. Wine list is extensive and that doesn't hurt one bit.
